FAQs & Shipping Info


1. How do I pay for my order?

We use Paypal as a payment gateway on our website. It provides the option to pay with your own debit/credit card or your Paypal account. 

2. What is the shipping method?

All orders delivered within the United States ship with USPS and have full tracking available! However, tracking for EU orders are only available in some countries.

3. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs for US addresses: $4.95 for the order under 1.5kg | $17.95 for the order over 1.5kg up to 25kg

Shipping costs for international addresses: $9.95 for the order under 1.5kg | $27.95 for the order over 1.5kg up to 25kg

4. How fast will I get the products after ordering?

For apparel product (t-shirt, hoodie, v-neck, tank, sweatshirt), products are shipped in an estimated 7 to 14 days after receives the order. After the order is shipped, it usually takes 1 to 4 business days for the carrier to deliver the order. For international shipments, delivery will take an additional 1 to 2 weeks.

For Gadgets and other items, Nerd4life partners with global merchants in order to provide you the best prices and the most interesting products.

This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as Thailand, Tibet, China, India, etc. Unfortunately, our global suppliers do not provide tracking numbers but we do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 3-5 weeks to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way :)

We offer international shipping options too - no matter where you are, you can buy from us! 

5. What happens if I'm not home at the time of delivery?

No worries. Your package will be directed to the nearest post office, which in turn will leave you a notice (at your address), explaining how and when to pick them up your package. Note that if a package is not claimed within 15-20 days it will be returned to the sender (which is us).

5. How to check the status of my order?

Please wait a few days to receive an email from us that your order is packaged and sent for shipping. We will provide you with a tracking number and instructions how to check its status. If you don't receive such email in a week (check your spam box) please contact us for the tracking number. Keep in mind that the National Post tracking number may take up to 1–2 business days to yield any useful info.

6. What if I need to return something?

3. Cancellations

Because orders are processed quickly after they are received, we do not allow cancellations after an order is placed.

4. Refund policy

Each order is custom made and printed on demand, therefore we do not accept returns unless there is a defect with the product. In the rare event that an order is shipped with a defect, we will offer a replacement as soon as possible.

If there is a defect and the customer does not want a replacement, a refund will be provided. Contact for more details.
